Jeff Hall, the founder of Phileo Insurance, has called Colorado home for over 20 years, though he originally hails from the Philadelphia area. After earning his degree from Colorado State University, where he met his wife Karly, Jeff’s journey led him to a career in helping others—first working with at-risk teens and young adults, and later transitioning into the group health insurance field. It was through this work that Jeff discovered his passion for making a real difference in people’s lives.

Today, Jeff is a Medicare insurance expert, dedicated to easing the stress and confusion often associated with navigating healthcare options. His mission is to be a trusted resource for his clients, taking on the burden of finding the right Medicare plan so they don’t have to.

When he's not helping clients, Jeff enjoys backpacking in Colorado’s beautiful mountains, watching baseball, flying as a licensed pilot, and traveling with his family. Jeff’s love for the outdoors and his strong connection to his community reflect the same dedication and care he brings to his work every day."
